The veteran actor, affectionately known as Bollywood’s He-Man and Dharam Paaji, passed away on November 24 at the age of 89. His passing leaves behind an unmatched legacy of over six decades. The actor, born as Dharmendra Singh Deol, breathed his last at his residence. He was admitted to Breach Candy hospital earlier this month due to respiratory complications. 三 | 济南市自然资源局此前已对涉事企业作出没收违法所得1.2亿余元并处罚款的行政处罚。检察机关提起公诉前，该企业完成1000余亩土地复垦并通过行政验收。法院实地勘查确认，案涉区域已经复垦为耕地，现已种植玉米，企业持续对复垦地块开展管护。 济南市长清区人民法院审理认为，被告单位超出许可范围采矿，情节特别严重，两名主管人员行为已构成非法采矿罪。结合企业全额退缴违法所得、完成矿山生态修复，被告人认罪认罚、具有立功情节等因素，依法作出判决：判处某新型材料公司罚金一千二百万元;邢某某、王某某有期徒刑四年，并各处罚金七十万元。 该案是刑事追责、行政处罚、生态修复责任有效衔接的司法样本。非法采矿会破坏山体与土地结构，威胁区域生态安全。本案裁判将矿山复垦修复实际成效纳入量刑考量，在严厉打击生态环境犯罪的同时，落实“谁破坏、谁修复”原则，为矿产资源开发和山体生态系统治理提供司法参考。
